2888gam Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to 2888gam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply when you use the 2888gam website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). The Platform is operated under the brand name 2888gam and is accessible at 2888gam.net.

2888gam is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players based in Pakistan. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through locally supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards.

These Terms apply to every user of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or the 2888gam Android app. Using the Platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 2888gam you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2888gam is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any funds held will be reviewed in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player through any self-exclusion mechanism made available by 2888gam or through an external programme.

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are a serious violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are found to be registered by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 2888gam will never ask for your full password by email, chat, or phone.
• Account security: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected].
• Account currency: All 2888gam accounts are denominated in PKR. There is no option to switch to another currency.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. 2888gam reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee after giving reasonable notice.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled according to normal rules before any remaining balance is processed for withdrawal.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2888gam are conducted in PKR. The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your account are available for wagering once the transaction has been confirmed. 2888gam does not charge a fee on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Funds are returned to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 2888gam aims to process all approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours.
• Verification before withdrawal: 2888gam may require identity and payment method verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is applied consistently.
• Withdrawal to a third party: Withdrawals to a payment account not registered in your own name are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposit limits: You may set personal deposit limits through your account settings at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 2888gam, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and all other markets available on the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet ID has been issued. Bets shown as "Pending" are not yet confirmed and may be rejected if odds change before acceptance.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. 2888gam reserves the right to correct obviously incorrect odds caused by technical errors. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• Live betting: In-play bets on Cricket, PSL matches, T20 fixtures, Football, and Esports markets are subject to brief delays in processing. 2888gam reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• Match abandonment: If a cricket or football match is abandoned before reaching the minimum required overs or minutes of play as defined in the specific sport rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable rule set displayed on the sports page.
• Void bets: Voided bets have their stake returned to the account balance. Voided bets in accumulator wagers are treated as non-runners and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.
• Maximum winnings: 2888gam applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed on the relevant sports or betting pages.
• Suspicious activity: Bets placed using information unavailable to the general public, co-ordinated betting patterns designed to exploit the platform, or any other form of match fixing or cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

2888gam offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The exact requirement is shown clearly before you opt in to any offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent bans.

• Abuse: 2888gam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, and void associated winnings if bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — is detected.

7 Responsible Gaming

2888gam is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable, fair, and safe. Gaming on this Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment. It is not a way to make money, solve financial problems, or recover losses.

• Age restriction: You must be 18 or older to use 2888gam. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your details, contact support immediately.
• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit through your account settings. Reduced limits take effect immediately.
• Session reminders: Enable session time reminders through your account settings to keep track of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary break from the Platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days through account settings.
• Self-exclusion: If you need a longer break, self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 6 months upward. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2888gam and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• Co-ordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes or exploit promotions (known as "arbing" or "bonus hunting" beyond normal use).
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 2888gam staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or the Platform's backend systems.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2888gam Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 2888gam or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only. This licence does not permit commercial use of any Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2888gam and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from placing bets or playing games on the Platform.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 2888gam's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by technical faults, subject to correction under the terms stated in the Betting Rules section above.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Changes to These Terms

2888gam reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform after any update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
